Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 (Version 1.0)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Cublick Digital Co., Ltd. and users regarding:

  • The internet digital advertising web service “Cublick Cloud Sign” operated at https://cloudsign.cublick.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”)
  • Digital signage solutions including “Cublick Info Bulletin” and “Cublick Sign” (hereinafter referred to as the “Solutions”)

2. Definitions

  1. “Cublick Digital” refers to the website of Cublick Digital Co., Ltd., which provides internet digital advertising web services (Cublick Cloud Sign at https://cloudsign.cublick.com) and sells digital signage solutions (including Cublick Info Bulletin and Cublick Sign).
  2. “User” refers to any person or organization (company) who accesses the member management site (https://crm.cublick.com) connected to Cublick Digital, registers as a member, and receives the Service or purchases and uses the Solutions in accordance with these Terms.
  3. “Member” refers to any person or organization (company) who has registered by providing personal information to Cublick Digital, continuously receives information from Cublick Digital, and can use the Services and Solutions on an ongoing basis.
  4. “Non-member” refers to anyone who uses the Services or Solutions provided by Cublick Digital without registering as a member.

3. Publication, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms

  1. Cublick Digital shall post the following information on the initial service screen to be easily accessible to users:
    • Contents of these Terms
    • Company name and representative’s name
    • Business location address (including address for handling consumer complaints)
    • Telephone number, fax number, email address
    • Business registration number
    • Online sales registration number
    • Personal information manager
  2. Before users agree to these Terms, Cublick Digital shall provide separate connection screens or pop-up windows to ensure users understand important provisions such as subscription withdrawal and refund conditions.
  3. Cublick Digital may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, including:
    • Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce
    • Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions
    • Electronic Transaction Basic Act
    • Digital Signature Act
    • Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
    • Door-to-Door Sales Act
    • Consumer Protection Act
  4. When amending these Terms, Cublick Digital shall specify the effective date and reasons for amendment, posting them with the current Terms on the initial screen from 7 days before to the day before the effective date. For changes unfavorable to users, advance notice of at least 30 days shall be provided, clearly comparing the before and after content.
  5. Amended Terms shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date. However, if existing users wish to be subject to the amended Terms and notify Cublick Digital during the notice period with Cublick Digital’s consent, the amended Terms shall apply.
  6. Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretation thereof shall follow the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, consumer protection guidelines established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws or commercial practices.

4. Provision and Modification of Services

  1. Cublick Digital performs the following services:
    • Providing information on digital content display or services
    • Other services determined by Cublick Digital
  2. Cublick Digital may modify the content of goods or services to be provided under future contracts due to product shortages or changes in technical specifications, immediately posting the modified content and provision date where current product or service information is displayed.
  3. When modifying service content contracted with users due to product shortages or technical specification changes, Cublick Digital shall immediately notify users at their available addresses.
  4. In such cases, Cublick Digital shall compensate users for damages incurred, except when Cublick Digital proves absence of intent or negligence.

5. Service Interruption

  1. Cublick Digital may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or communication disruptions.
  2. Cublick Digital shall compensate users or third parties for damages caused by temporary service suspension under paragraph 1, except when Cublick Digital proves absence of intent or negligence.
  3. When services cannot be provided due to business conversion, business abandonment, or business integration, Cublick Digital shall notify users according to Section 8 and compensate consumers according to originally presented conditions.

6. Membership Registration

  1. Users apply for membership by filling out the registration form designated by Cublick Digital and expressing agreement to these Terms.
  2. Cublick Digital shall register as members those who apply under paragraph 1, except for the following cases:
    • Application under another person’s name
    • False information, omissions, or errors in registration
    • Registration deemed to cause significant technical difficulties for Cublick Digital
    • Approval difficulties due to applicant’s fault
  3. The membership contract becomes effective when Cublick Digital’s acceptance reaches the member.
  4. Members shall immediately notify Cublick Digital of any changes to registered information via email or other methods.

7. Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification

  1. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and Cublick Digital shall immediately process the withdrawal.
  2. Cublick Digital may restrict or suspend membership for the following reasons:
    • Registration of false information during application
    • Failure to pay by due date for purchased goods, services, or other obligations
    • Interfering with others’ use of Cublick Digital or stealing information, threatening electronic commerce order
    • Using Cublick Digital to conduct acts prohibited by law or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals
  3. When suspending membership, Cublick Digital shall provide a 7-day opportunity for explanation. If no response or explanation intent is shown during this period, membership registration shall be canceled.

8. Notices to Members

  1. Cublick Digital may notify members via pre-agreed email addresses.
  2. For notices to unspecified members, Cublick Digital may post on the bulletin board for one week or more in lieu of individual notice. However, individual notice shall be given for matters significantly affecting members’ transactions.

9. Service Application

Users shall apply for services on Cublick Digital through the following or similar methods, and Cublick Digital shall provide the following information clearly:

  1. Search and selection of documents/forms
  2. Input of name, address, phone number, email address (or mobile phone number)
  3. Confirmation of Terms content, services with restricted refund rights
  4. Purchase application and confirmation thereof, or consent to Cublick Digital’s confirmation
  5. Selection of payment method

10. Service Agreement Establishment

  1. Cublick Digital may not accept service applications under Section 9 in the following cases:
    • False information, omissions, or errors in the application
    • Technical difficulties in accepting the service application
  2. Service applications are deemed established when Cublick Digital’s receipt confirmation notice reaches the user.
  3. Cublick Digital’s acceptance shall include confirmation of the user’s service application and information regarding correction/cancellation of the application.

11. Payment Methods

Payment for content or services purchased from Cublick Digital may be made through the following available methods. Cublick Digital shall not charge any additional fees beyond the content price:

  1. Account transfers via phone banking, internet banking, mail banking
  2. Credit card and other card payments
  3. Online bank deposit without passbook
  4. Other electronic payment methods

12. Receipt Confirmation Notice/Purchase Application Changes and Cancellation

  1. Cublick Digital shall send receipt confirmation notices to users upon purchase applications.
  2. Users who receive receipt confirmation notices may request changes or cancellation of purchase applications immediately upon finding discrepancies in intent. Cublick Digital shall process such requests without delay if made before delivery. However, if payment has already been made, provisions of Section 15 regarding subscription withdrawal shall apply.

13. Service and Solution Supply

  1. Cublick Digital shall take necessary measures to enable service use from the date of payment approval, unless otherwise agreed with users regarding service and solution supply timing.
  2. Cublick Digital shall specify usage methods, related programs, and usage guidance for content purchased by users.

14. Fee Refunds

  1. The Company shall refund fees paid by users who subscribe as flat-rate paid members when refund requests are made due to the following issues:
    • Service problems preventing content service reception
    • Requested materials existing on similar document/form sites that the Company cannot provide
    • Refund requests deemed legitimate by the Company based on commercial practices
  2. Despite paragraph 1 refund conditions, the Company may refuse refunds in the following cases:
    • More than 1 day has passed since user payment
    • User has downloaded 10 or more content items
    • Service unavailability due to user’s computer or office environment issues
    • Refund requests without specific reasons after payment
    • E-book files, CD/download products, Excel program files, PPT templates, online courses purchased from the shopping mall

15. Service Withdrawal

  1. Users who have contracted with Cublick Digital for content use may apply for service withdrawal within 10 days from the date of service application approval, subject to Section 14 conditions. Amounts corresponding to days used shall be deducted before refund.
  2. Users may apply for service withdrawal within 10 days even when provided content and services are unwanted information.
  3. For legitimate user reasons requiring service withdrawal, when payment was made by credit card or electronic currency, Cublick Digital may request the payment service provider to stop or cancel billing without delay.

16. Service Withdrawal Refund Standards

  1. Contracts with minors without legal guardian consent: Cublick Digital shall accept cancellation for any reason, fully refund paid fees, and shall not claim unpaid fees or penalties.
  2. Contracts based on false or exaggerated advertising: Cublick Digital shall respond to withdrawal requests without delay when user reasons are deemed reasonable according to service regulations, refunding the full usage fee.
  3. Continuous contracts of 1 month or more with cancellation due to consumer fault: Cublick Digital shall refund after deducting amounts for days used plus 10% of total usage amount. However, for cancellations requested within 10 days from contract date or service availability date, only amounts for days used shall be deducted without penalties.
  4. Service suspension or failure for 3+ days or cumulative 72+ hours in one month: Cublick Digital shall cancel contracts and refund remaining period fees. Service suspension time shall be calculated from user notification, excluding force majeure (natural disasters, etc.) or cases with company advance notice.

17. Personal Information Protection

  1. Cublick Digital shall collect minimum information necessary for purchase contract fulfillment. Required items include:
    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Desired ID (for members)
    • Password (for members)
    • Email address
  2. Cublick Digital shall obtain user consent when collecting personally identifiable information.
  3. Provided personal information shall not be used for purposes other than intended or provided to third parties without user consent. All responsibility lies with Cublick Digital, except:
    • Providing minimum user information (name, address, phone number) to delivery companies for delivery purposes
    • Providing in non-identifiable form for statistics, academic research, or market research
    • Payment settlement for content transactions
    • Identity verification for fraud prevention
    • Legal requirements or unavoidable legal reasons
  4. When obtaining user consent per paragraphs 2 and 3, Cublick Digital shall specify or notify in advance: personal information manager identity, information collection and usage purposes, third-party information provision details (recipients, purposes, and content to be provided) as required by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization. Users may withdraw this consent at any time.
  5. Users may request access to and correction of their personal information held by Cublick Digital at any time, and Cublick Digital shall take necessary measures without delay. When error correction is requested, Cublick Digital shall not use the personal information until correction.
  6. Cublick Digital shall minimize administrators for personal information protection and bears all responsibility for user damages from loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of personal information including credit cards and bank accounts.
  7. Cublick Digital or third parties receiving personal information shall destroy such information without delay upon achieving collection or provision purposes.

18. Cublick Digital’s Obligations

  1. Cublick Digital shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and stably as stipulated in these Terms.
  2. Cublick Digital shall have security systems to protect users’ personal information (including credit information) for safe internet service use.
  3. Cublick Digital shall compensate users for damages caused by unfair display or advertising acts under the Fair Labeling and Advertising Act Article 3.
  4. Cublick Digital shall not send unsolicited commercial advertising emails.

19. Members’ ID and Password Obligations

  1. Management responsibility for IDs and passwords lies with members, except as in Section 17.
  2. Members shall not allow third parties to use their IDs and passwords.
  3. When members recognize ID/password theft or third-party use, they shall immediately notify Cublick Digital and follow Cublick Digital’s guidance.

20. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in the following acts, and Cublick Digital may restrict service use:

  1. Registering false information during application or changes
  2. Stealing others’ information
  3. Altering information posted on Cublick Digital
  4. Transmitting or posting information other than that designated by Cublick Digital (such as computer programs)
  5. Infringing intellectual property rights including copyrights of Cublick Digital or third parties
  6. Damaging the reputation of or interfering with business of Cublick Digital or third parties
  7. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals on Cublick Digital
  8. Acts increasing traffic that interfere with Cublick Digital site operation

21. Copyright Attribution and Usage Restrictions

  1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by Cublick Digital belong to Cublick Digital. Without Cublick Digital’s prior permission, direct or indirect modification, copying, distribution, publication, display, sale, or use of Cublick Digital service works for product creation, internet, mobile, and database services is prohibited.
  2. When members directly edit posts for Cublick Digital services, the following must be observed to avoid infringing third-party intellectual property rights:
    • Posting content containing intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement even with source attribution
    • Posting, reprinting, copying, redistributing, modifying, selling original copyrighted content without explicit consent constitutes copyright infringement even with source attribution
    • When third parties raise objections regarding copyright infringement, defamation, or obscenity concerning posts registered by members or partners, the Company may temporarily delete such posts. Temporarily deleted posts may be restored only after legal issues are resolved through litigation or settlement, and only upon application with supporting documentation. Cublick Digital bears no responsibility for legal issues between third parties and members or partners.

22. Service Disclaimer

  1. Service provision responsibility is exempted when services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure.
  2. Cublick Digital is not responsible for service disruptions or damages caused by member fault.
  3. Cublick Digital bears no responsibility for failure to provide services due to telecommunications carriers suspending or not properly providing telecommunications services.
  4. Cublick Digital is exempted from responsibility for damages from service equipment maintenance, replacement, regular inspections, construction, or other unavoidable reasons.
  5. Members are responsible for security of required registration items (mobile phone number, email address) and passwords registered with Cublick Digital. Cublick Digital is not responsible for damages from member information leakage due to member intent or negligence.
  6. Cublick Digital is not responsible for damages from member computer errors or member registration of inaccurate personal information or email addresses.
  7. Cublick Digital has no obligation to intervene in disputes between members or between members and third parties mediated through services, and bears no responsibility for resulting damages.
  8. Cublick Digital is not responsible for validity, suitability, legal rationality, copyright compliance of content on linked or affiliated sites, nor for any resulting damages.
  9. Various content samples provided through Cublick Digital services (including partnerships) are provided as reference materials. Users are responsible for losses or damages from using such materials, and Cublick Digital bears no responsibility.

23. Dispute Resolution

  1. Cublick Digital operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate user opinions or complaints and compensate for damages.
  2. Cublick Digital prioritizes processing complaints and opinions submitted by users. When prompt processing is difficult, the reasons and processing schedule are immediately notified to users.
  3. Regarding electronic commerce disputes between Cublick Digital and users, Cublick Digital may follow mediation by dispute resolution agencies commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or city/provincial governors when users request damage relief.
  4. When Cublick Digital content is commercially reused or supplied to third parties for profit, copyright claims may be made to users through legal representatives. When filed through litigation, damages are claimed according to copyright law.

24. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  1. Lawsuits regarding electronic commerce disputes between Cublick Digital and users shall be under exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user’s address at the time of filing, or residence if no address exists. However, if the user’s address or residence is unclear at filing time or for foreign residents, cases shall be filed with courts under the Civil Procedure Act.
  2. Korean law shall apply to electronic commerce lawsuits filed between Cublick Digital and users.
